We are pleased to announce an update to The Planning Tool, Version 11.11. The update will be released Saturday, October 31st, 2020 at 6:00am ET (5:00am CT, 4:00am MT, 3:00am PT, 10:00am GMT, 11:00am CET), and will be completed by 8:00am ET (7:00am CT, 6:00am MT, 5:00am PT, 12:00pm GMT, 1:00pm CET). Planning Tool users will experience no downtime during the update.

We have added a new email template that displays the senders profile picture, and customized branding.

Planning Tool Calendar

Time Management and Scheduling Calendar

The Planning Tool Calendar allows users to create and edit events. Notifications and reminders can be enabled for events, with options for type and time.

Groups

We have added a new feature that allows administrators to create groups within the organization.

Member Search Box

A search box has been added to the members page allowing users to search by member's name.

SMS Text Notification Option

Admins and Member now have the option to opt out of receiving text notifications when emails and other actions are taken within system. The option is located on the My Profile screen of both admin and members accounts.
